Guru Shishya Parampara
established his own school Hari Hara Nrithya Niketan in Hyderabad, where
he trains young dancers in Andhra Natyam. He along with his wife Smt.
Maheswari trains students in Andhra Natyam at their residence in Ameerpet.
Smt Uma Maheswari is a renowned Harikatha exponent also trained in Andhra
Natyam under Gurudeva Nataraja Ramakrishna. Smt Uma Maheswari is a
renowned Harikatha exponent and renders spell binding performances in
Telugu as well as in Sanskrit. She has been honoured at Ujjaini Kalidasa
Mahasabha, several times, which is a bestowed only on a few scholars.
Sri Kalakrishna is presently serving as a
visiting lecturer at the University of Hyderabad and Telugu University and
teaches Andhra Natyam in the Dance Department to the students of Masters
Degree in Dance. He has been teaching Andhra Natyam and carrying on the
Guru Shishya Parampara for over 30 years.
Sri Kalakrishna conducts
